Account Deletion

You can delete your Tennis Level account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

1. Sign in to the Tennis Level app.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@tennislevel.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete account". We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours, and we will let you know when the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• your account and profile: email address, first name, last name, nickname, photo;
• all uploaded videos and their review results;
• your progress: levels, ranks, experience points, completed tasks;
• support messages and task questions;
• push notification tokens and settings.

Timing

• If you delete your account in the app, access ends immediately after confirmation. For email requests, access ends after we verify and process the request.
• Data is deleted within 30 days.
• Database backups are overwritten within the following 7 days.
• Data we are legally required to keep longer is kept only as long as the law requires.

Deletion is permanent: progress and videos cannot be restored afterwards. You can register again with the same email address, but you will start from the beginning.
